In their free time students will be encouraged to visit Parma and its surroundings, discovering the beauty of the landscape, the richness of the art and culture and, of course, the delicious food of the Italian Food Valley (Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano, etc…).
They will also be encouraged to spend time with their Italian peers and to explore other parts of Italy (Venice, Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, etc.).
Parma is a gorgeous city in Northern Italy, conveniently located between Milan International Airport and Bologna International Airport.
It offers a unique combination of beauty, art, music, welcoming people and excellent food.
The city is also well connected to Venice, Florence, Rome, Naples, Como, Tuscany, and many other historic and scenic Italian communities.
Students will be given one weekend train pass and provided with information on how to reach and visit other cities during their free time.
